Ruben Casquero is a fictional footballer that appears in Goal!: Glory Days, the third book in the series.
Ruben is a promising young footballer who plays as a winger for Bardenas FC in northern Spain.
Gavin Harris rates the young winger highly, saying that one day he'll play for Real Madrid. He is devoted to the club however, saying "I like it here though,".
He manages to get the team to the Last 16 of the Copa Del Ray competition.
