Roz Harminson is a nurse who works in a hospital. She is Newcastle United's nurse, and Santiago Munez does not tell her that he has asthma. She is well loved by her mother, Carol.

Santi has a sexual desire for Roz when he meets her in the hospital for the first time. The couple soon get close, and by the second movie they are engaged to be married. At the end of the second movie, we find out that she is pregnant with a young daughter. The couple split at the end of this movie, and Santi says in the thrird movie that they didn't get back together, but in the third book, it is apparent that they did actually get back

In the third book (fourth story), Goal!: Glory Days, Roz has her child. The couple are happy together.
